How does it work?
Starting January 16th 2022, there will be a zoom session held every Sunday at 12pm EST for 10 weeks*. During this time all necessary information will be presented to help your training for the upcoming week. It will be a live session and questions are welcome. The zoom session will be recorded and access will be available for one week.
